In coordination with the local authority in the Directorate of Al-Masrakh and the community committee in the Al-Aqrood area, Ma’akum Developmental Foundation mdf has opened a new path in Al Aqrood (Ras Al-Naqil) with a length of (600m) from Ras Al-Naqil to Hafsa school .The road was opened and ready for drivers of vehicles and residents in general suffered from congestion, especially patients and travelers, as congestion movement for hours in most cases, and work would be completed by building walls in cooperation with the community committee.

This work comes within the framework of the comprehensive road rehabilitation project to open new tracks , rehabilitate and expand some of the old main line routes.

The extension of the old main road from Ras Al-Naqil to Al-Maqdi area has also started to ease the severe congestion in that area.

This road is the main road for Taiz governorate, which connects it to most Yemeni governorates.

The President of the Foundation, Dr. Abdel Hamid Al-Yousfi, thanked the generous philanthropist who funded the project, praising the cooperation of the Director General of the Directorate, Mr. Yahya Ismail in his role in overcoming all difficulties and his cooperation for the success of the project, as well as the Director of Security of the Directorate who contributed the coordination and securing the work, thanking the members of the community committee who had a great role in the success of the work, as well as all sheikhs, social trends and all the people of the region, appreciating their role in giving priority to the public interest, especially in light of these difficult circumstances in the country.
