Dr. Abdul Hameed Hameed, President of Maakum Developmental Foundation (MDF), participated in the 11th International Scientific Conference …( Borders and Border Areas), organized by the Tunisian International Center for Research and Development and the Tunisian-Mediterranean Association for Social and Economic Studies, which was held in Tunisia  from 28 to 29 November.

Dr. Abdul Hameed Hameed participated with a scientific research entitled “Cross-border challenges and the role of civil society organizations in development”.

It is worth mentioning that seventy-seven papers were submitted to the conference, and only  67 papers were accepted. These papers are  from  21 countries including America, France, Italy, South Africa, China, Japan, Morocco, Algeria and Saudi Arabia….

And only two participations  from our dear country with two researches from Taiz University.. One of them was presented by Dr. Abdul Hameed Hameed, President of Maakum Developmental Foundation (MDF); the second research was presented by Dr. Talal Al-Mikhlafi, Head of the International Relations Unit at Taiz University.
