mdf Foundation launches phase II of its emergency interventions in 2022 in Mawza District.

Within its interventions against the new waves of displacement due to the escalation of the conflict in Taiz Governorate and the western coast, #Maakum_Development_Foundation_mdf launched the second round of emergency humanitarian response projects on Tuesday, 15 February, 2022, which targeted (110) displaced families in Al-Buhairi camp in Al-Awashqa area, Mawza District, west of Taiz Governorate, through the Distribution of food baskets.

The project aims to secure the urgent food needs of the displaced families inside the camp, save them from starvation and malnutrition, and enhance peace and social cohesion.

This project comes within a number of relief projects implemented by #Ma’akum_Developmental_Foundation_mdf to alleviate the suffering of people in the most affected areas in Mawza District, Taiz Governorate.
