Ma’akum developmental Foundation( mdf) launched today, Saturday, December 28, 2019, a project to maintain and rehabilitate Gharb Amad well, Berbasha area Al-Mudhafar district ..
More than10 thousand people benefit from this well, who live in the neighborhoods most in need in Berbasha region…
This project comes within the vision of water and environmental sanitation sector in the foundation to revive the service institutions and resume its role to provide distinguished services in a sustainable manner, in coordination with Water and Sewerage Corporation and in response to its repeated calls to repair the emergency wells in the city ..
Prof. Yasser Al-Oshari, Sector Coordinator (WASH) stated in mdf that the project comes within the Foundation’s plan to find sustainable solutions to the water crisis by rehabilitating the water establishment’s wells and linking them with the main network as it is a step towards better solutions – in quantity and quality – to the water problem in Taiz.
It is worth mentioning that the Foundation has during the past sixty days maintained and rehabilitated Al Montazah well in the Cairo Directorate , around the tree well and gardens well and more than (50) thousand people benefit from it.
